This tight site of 2 garage blocks was in Believes demolition programme and was earmarked as undevelopable.
This would have left a patch of land that offered nothing to the community.
Upon discovering HUSK Believe commissioned us to create 4 bungalows as a pilot scheme with the Malvern Close scheme, this has been very successful and has lead to a programme of sites over the coming years.
