Our work starts with communities that already exist. Rather than building on the edges, we look within, unlocking underused spaces and transforming them into beautiful, sustainable homes that allow people to stay rooted where they belong.

Across the UK, many communities contain overlooked garage sites — spaces that have fallen into disuse and, too often, become sources of neglect.
We see these differently.
By carefully reimagining these spaces, we create new homes that sit naturally within their surroundings — designed to fit the existing footprint and support the life of the community around them.
