Project Information:
This project saw the successful delivery of nine bungalows across three separate small sites.
Due to the close proximity of existing homes, extensive consultation with local residents was essential. Our team worked collaboratively with neighbours throughout the project to minimise disruption.
Our trade teams worked flexibly between the three sites, allowing us to ensure continuity, optimise resource and keep momentum throughout the build. This approach enabled us to overcome the logistical challenges of multi-site development while delivering high-quality homes that integrate seamlessly into established communities.
