This large garage site is hidden to the rear of existing properties; the site is subject to fly tipping and anti-social behaviour.
NTC had previously investigated the site for new build, however the numbers did not prove viable, through the HUSK concept we were able to provide a larger number of sought-after bungalows on the site whilst providing front gardens and landscaped communal space.
