Working in close partnership with North Tyneside Council, we are delivering an ongoing programme of our innovative developments across multiple sites throughout the borough. Together, we are reimagining underused garage spaces and turning them into high-quality, energy-efficient homes for local residents.

We are proud that our latest plots will shortly be welcoming their new residents. Each property has been thoughtfully designed inside and out. HUSK’s patented method uses garage block footprints meaning we are able to significantly reduce construction waste, lower embodied carbon, and deliver homes more efficiently and sustainably.

The homes incorporate insulated timber frames and roofing, air source heat pumps, and solar panels to maximise energy efficiency and help reduce household energy costs. All homes achieve EPC Band A ratings and meet both Homes England standards and Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS).
